Pre-Prohibition Serviceware Trio - Blue Goose Cafe.

Trio of Pre-Prohibition serviceware pieces with Egyptian Lotus border by Lamberton China and Onondaga Pottery Company. The centerpiece of this beautiful display is a 10” service plate emblazoned with the logo of the Blue Goose Café, a 24 hour speakeasy and restaurant popular with performers and patrons of the 9^th Street Orpheum Theater. Plate is marked White Hotel – Kansas City Mo  in the bottom rim. Accompanying this piece is a pristine 14” oval serving platter and a unique match holder of the same pattern and age. Match holder and Platter do not have hotel markings but are of the same make and quality. See images for condition.
